1. About TeaTapler

TeaTapler is operated by TeaTapler Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore. We curate and distribute premium rare teas and Sidr honey pairings to customers worldwide. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where stated.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. TeaTapler does not store card details. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours and that you are authorised to use it.

Pre-orders are accepted as expressions of intent. You will not be charged until your order is confirmed and ready to ship, unless stated otherwise for specific campaigns.

3. Delivery & Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery timelines and costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 5 business days. During launch periods or limited releases, lead times may be extended. You will be notified by email if there is any significant delay.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@teatapler.com with your order number and reason.

Perishable items (including opened teas) cannot be returned unless they are demonstrably faulty or contaminated. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return confirmation.

5. Membership Terms

TeaTapler membership is personal and non-transferable. Memberships are offered during our founding phase at locked founding prices. These prices may change for new members after the launch date.

Founding Member Status

Founding member status is granted to those who pre-order or join the VIP Waitlist before our September 2026 launch. Founding members receive a unique member code and are permanently recognised in our Founding Ledger.

Cancellation

Paid membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused membership periods.

6. Events & RSVPs

Event RSVPs are binding reservations. If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance at hello@teatapler.com. Late cancellations for paid events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by TeaTapler.

TeaTapler reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or modify any event. In the event of cancellation by TeaTapler, full refunds will be issued.

Photographs taken at events may be used for marketing purposes. You may opt out by notifying us before the event.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect only the data necessary to process your orders and communicate with you: name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and order history. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data is processed in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable international regulations including GDPR for EU residents.

Cookies

Our website uses functional cookies to maintain your session and cart. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) may be set if you have given consent. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Email Communications

By subscribing to The Reserve Letter or joining the VIP Waitlist, you consent to receiving email communications from TeaTapler. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, product photography, and the Artello AI concierge — is the property of TeaTapler Pte. Ltd. and is protected by copyright. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeaTapler's liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or services is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered members. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
